Calvin is Principal of London School of Theology, the largest independent Evangelical Theological College in Europe. Calvin is passionate about rediscovering biblical doctrines of holiness. He loves cars, blogs about style and is a fan of Formula1. Calvin is married to Ramona and has 2 children, Tiana & Fletcher.

Lauren Brabbs

Lauren Brabbs

Lauren is originally from 'The South' and now lives in Stoke-on-Trent. Lauren spends her weekdays teaching high school kids science and her weekends serving at Swan Bank church. She has fallen in love with ballroom dancing and will always believe that rugby is better than football.

Ashley Cooper

Ashley Cooper

Ashley is Principal of Cliff College which provides theological education and training with a particular focus on mission and evangelism. He established the Navigating Change Conference which is now in its third year. Ashley is married to Moira and has two children.

Anne Richards

Anne Richards

Anne Richards is married to Jonathan with two teenage children, Emma and Samuel. Anne is currently working as a full-time chaplain at Archbishop Sentamu Academy and aspire Academy in Hull. Though a life-long Methodist, Anne is now an Ordained Pioneer Minister in the Church of England.

Steve Small

Steve Small

Steve is chair of ECG. A Chartered Accountant by profession Steve was formerly Deputy Chief Executive of Mildmay, London, an international HIV charity. He is now retired and lives in the North East. Steve is passionate about developing worship. He loves rugby and cricket but, sadly, his playing days are over! He is married to Di, has one daughter and two grandchildren.

Roy Crowne

Roy Crowne

Coming from an engineering background, Roy went on to study theology. Roy's passion is to see the Church working together for the purpose of mission. He was co-founder of Hope 08, alongside Andy Hawthorne and Mike Pilavachi, and is now Executive Director of HOPE, a mission initiative working together with the UK Church to make Jesus known. Roy loves to see the Church at the heart of the community putting faith into words and action.

Alison Lynley

Alison Lynley

A former Careers officer and professional gardener she now divides her time as Administrator at SwanBank Church and Events Manager for ECG and the Navigating Change conferences. With 3 chickens and a dog called Scruffy, she is coming to terms with 2 children (Ben and Jemimah) not now even being teenagers!
