About the Event

Please Note: Due to the continued Coranivirus restrictions the ECG office is now furloughed.  If you wish to contact us please email ONLINE

We are delighted that, in conjunction with Cliff College,  we have arranged an online event for ECG 2021.  We are all disappointed that we cannot be in Scarborough this year but Saturday 10th April will be an amazing opportunity to spend some time with us, experiencing something of an ECG Conference.

The day will begin with a bible study at 11.00 am led by Matt Miofsky.  Matt is the Lead Pastor of The Gathering United Methodist Church in Saint Louis, Missouri.

The afternoon will include All Age Worship at 4.00pm and in the evening, at 7.00 pm, a Worship Celebration.

This will be a completely free event and there will be no need to book for it.  It will be available on a number of platforms and more details of this and further information about the day will be available shortly, please check back here  for updates.

The Future - ECG 2022

We are committed to holding ECG in 2022.  The dates are 19th-24th April.  The Spa Conference Centre is booked and planning is underway.

With so much that has happened over the last twelve months we are looking at the future of ECG in this changing world in which we live.  The 2022 conference will be the last one in the current format.  It will be an opportunity celebrate the 15 years that we have been in existence and look forward to a new future with our theme “The Best is Yet to Come”.  We are anticipating a great attendance to help celebrate everything ECG has achieved over the years and we really do hope that you will be joining us.  You will be able to make your booking from Easter 2021.

Can You Help?

ECG continues to work preparing for thE 2021 on-line event and in planning for 2022 and the future.  We have little income to offset continuing expenses.  This means that we will make a loss for this year.  After making a loss last year our reserves are getting depleted and we would ask all our guests and friends to help ensure the future of ECG by making a financial donation towards our continued costs. Any amount would be most welcome and gratefully received. If you would like to donate please follow the link through the donate button at the top of the page..

We have been humbled by the number of gifts we have received so far and our grateful thanks go to everyone who has helped in this way. Would you please stand with us as we navigate through all the challenges we face and help us to continue with our mission?

We know that everyone is affected by coronavirus, churches required to suspend worship and people being asked to self-isolate and restrict social gatherings.  We know that some of you may be facing financial losses and other hardships and we are praying for you in these challenging times.  We would ask you to pray for our team who are working hard to take ECG forward in these difficult time.

Current Bookings

If you carried forward a booking from 2020 or have booked for 2021, we will carry this forward to 2022.  This means you will get the booking for 2022 at a substantially reduced price. Not only that, if the original booking includes young people under 18 or children under four.  We will honour the booking even if their age at Easter 2022 would  move them into a higher category.  The same applies to anyone who had booked a student ticket.
